In our experience there is no one size fits all plan for every home owner. If choosing a monthly plan is outside of the scope of what you need or more than your budget allows, we can simplify things and stop in only as often as you would like. Our minimum for every visit is our hourly rate, and we are always available for stays that require more time.

Hourly rates are geared more towards our Concierge style services. From filling the refrigerator upon your return with all of your favorite things, to opening your house back up after a few months away and making sure things are clean and in working order. We can also make reservations at your favorite dinner spot or make sure your automobiles are serviced and fueled up.

Additionally there may be contractors or service providers that need to be met. For this, we offer hourly waiting services. We can help communicate any changes you need made and represent you and your homes needs and act on your behalf.
