Monthly plans are designed to suit the home owner that is spending fewer than 10 days a month at the home or away for multiple months at a time.

Monthly rates are customized to each home owner based on the needs and requests desired. We can make weekly or bi-weekly visits to check in on your home and insure pipes are not freezing, plants are watered, mail and packages are brought in and things are generally in order. We can also make more frequent stops if you need your home to feel more activated from a street perspective. Additionally, we can meet with contracted agents for snow removal, lawn care and cleaning services and insure they are meeting your expectations and manage their visits so you don’t need to.
